Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) (HKG:1468) established an investment committee, effective Dec. 15, to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen decision-making in investments in cryptocurrency and related technologies, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The committee, chaired by Leung Siu Kee, will apprise the board of investment opportunities in the crypto and technology space.
The company's stocks were up by over 1% in recent reading.
