Enovix said Chief Financial Officer Farhan Ahmad has left the company and that a search is underway for his successor.

The high-performance battery company said its search will prioritize finding a CFO with an "outstanding record at investor relations and a transparent communication style."

Ahmad began as Enovix's finance chief on July 10, 2023, according to a securities filing. An employment letter between the two sides ahead of his start said Ahmad would receive a base salary of $380,000 and equity compensation worth up to $4 million depending on time accumulated on the job.
