NYSE American said Friday it has suspended Golden Minerals shares from trading after the company failed to regain compliance with listing standards following an 18-month compliance period that ended Dec. 6.
Last week, Golden Minerals reported that NYSE American notified the company of plans to delist its stock, and said it expected shares would begin trading on the OTC Pink Market Dec. 16.
In November, the company sold its Yoquivo gold-silver project to Advance Metals.
