China State Construction Engineering (SHA:601668) signed new contracts worth 4.006 trillion yuan between January and November, up 4.6% from the same period in the previous year, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
The projects include construction works, with the amount rising 6.4% year on year to 3.646 trillion yuan.
The Chinese construction company generated contract sales of 360.4 billion yuan in the same month, dropping 11% from a year earlier. Contract sales area dipped 22% year on year to 12.7 million square meters, the disclosure added.
