Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric (HKG:3898, SHA:688187) canceled the 4.8 million Hong Kong shares it repurchased between Dec. 12 and Dec. 16, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The shares, representing 0.3462% of the company's issued share capital, had been repurchased for nearly HK$151.7 million.
Following cancellation, the train manufacturer's total number of issued shares will be reduced to 1.4 billion, comprising 537,745,300 H shares and 868,907,512 A shares.
