Generation Development Group (ASX:GDG) named Grant Hackett chief executive, effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Hackett, who has been the CEO of the company's subsidiary Generation Life since February 2020, will cease in this role upon becoming CEO, and will be succeeded by Felipe Araujo, who is currently the distribution and marketing general manager, the filing said.
Additionally, Rob Coombe, who has been chairman since July 2017, was named executive chairman, according to the filing.
Shares fell nearly 1% in morning trade Friday.
