MillerKnoll Fiscal Q2 Earnings Fall, Sales Rise; FY EPS Outlook Cut; Shares Drop After Hours

MillerKnoll (MLKN) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.55 per diluted share, down from $0.59 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected non-GAAP EPS of $0.53.

Net sales in the three months ended Nov. 30 rose to $970.4 million from $949.5 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $959.6 million.

The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.41 to $0.47 on net sales of $903 million to $943 million. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $0.56 on sales of $927.1 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company lowered adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $2.11 to $2.17 from $2.20. Four analysts in a FactSet poll expect non-GAAP EPS of $2.16.

Shares of the company fell 10% in after-hours trading.
