Airbnb says Spanish government investigating alleged infractions MADRID, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Airbnb ABNB.O said on Wednesday it was the subject of a Spanish government investigation into potential infractions including listings without permit numbers, adding it would appeal if necessary.
