Toro Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; Fiscal 2025 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Growth Guidance Issued

The Toro Co. (TTC) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.95 per diluted share, up from $0.71 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.95.

Net sales for the quarter ended Oct. 31 were $1.08 billion, compared with $983.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.09 billion.

For fiscal 2025, the company said it expects adjusted diluted EPS of $4.25 to $4.40 with net sales expected to rise up to 1%.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP earnings of $4.58 per share on revenue of $4.78 billion.

The company's shares were down more than 7% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
