Grindr (GRND) will cover up to $300,000 of employees' fertility, surrogacy and adoption costs starting next year, Bloomberg reported Friday.
Employees who have been at the company for at least 18 months may avail of the benefit, which will cover 80% of costs and related taxes up to the cap of $300,000 over five years, according to the report.
Hormonal health care, including menopause and low testosterone support, will also be accessible to staff via Carrot Fertility, the report said, citing a company statement.
"We want every person who works at Grindr to have as fair of an opportunity as possible to build a family if they want to do that," Chief Executive George Arison said in an interview, according to the report.
