FingerMotion to Raise $5 Million Via Stock, Warrants Offering; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

Shares of FingerMotion (FNGR) were down premarket Friday after the technology company said it sealed an agreement with investors to raise $5 million in gross proceeds via the sale of common stock and warrants in a registered direct offering.

The offering is expected to close on Monday and FingerMotion said it intends to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
