Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures (HKG:1442) re-designated its chief executive officer, Dato' Seri Chan Kong Yew, as its chairman effective Thursday, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment came following the resignation of former chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Tan Jyh Yaong, from the same post due to an adjustment in his work arrangement.
