Biotechnology company WuXi AppTec (SHA:603259) said subsidiary WuXi Fund I intends to subscribe for about 75 million yuan each in the shares of Sofinnova Biovelocita II and Sofinnova Crossover II as a limited partner.
The investments comprise 6.89% of Sofinnova Biovelocita II's raised shares and 1.61% of Sofinnova Crossover II's raised shares, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
