Hong Kong's High Court adjourned a Dec. 23 hearing for a winding-up petition against Sino-Ocean Group Holding (HKG:3377) until Feb. 17 after a consensual application for an adjournment from both sides, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The London Branch of The Bank of New York Mellon filed the winding-up petition in June over the alleged non-payment of $400 million of 3.25% guaranteed bonds issued by a unit.
