Lennox International (LII) will replace Catalent (CTLT) in the S&P 500, effective prior to the opening of trading on Dec. 23, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Wednesday.
Meanwhile, BILL Holdings (BILL) will replace Lennox on the S&P MidCap 400.
The recalibration follows Novo Nordisk (NVO) parent company Novo Holdings' acquisition of Catalent.
