Stocks to Watch: Novonix, Mitek Systems, EVgo

Novonix on Monday said it received a conditional commitment for a direct loan of up to $754.8 million from the Energy Department. Shares of the battery materials and technology company rose 9.7% to $1.70 in after-hours trading.

Mitek Systems reported fiscal fourth-quarter results that beat analyst expectations. Shares of the identity verification systems company jumped 15% to $10.94 in after-hours trading.

EVgo said that EVgo Holdings, an affiliate of LS Power Equity Partners IV, is launching a secondary offering of up to 23 million shares of Class A common stock. Shares of the electric-vehicle charging company dropped 19% to $5.15 in after-hours trading.
