Atour Lifestyle's Growth Visibility Looks Strong on Hotel Network Expansion -- Market Talk

Dow Jones12-17

0327 GMT - Atour Lifestyle's growth visibility looks strong due to its hotel network expansion, Daiwa Capital Markets analysts say in a research report. At its recent investor day, the Chinese hospitality and lifestyle company unveiled its target of 2,000 hotels under management in 2025 and 5,000 hotels by 2030, the analysts note. Also, management highlighted the differentiated design and service of Atour's brands across the midscale, upper-midscale and upscale segments, which are likely key reasons for the company's consistent market-share gain in each segment, the analysts add. Daiwa reaffirms the stock's buy rating and target price of US$32.00. The American depositary receipts closed 0.15% lower at US$26.97 on Monday. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
