Chevron's (CVX) Chevron Australia subsidiary said Tuesday it signed an agreement to supply natural gas to Alcoa's (AA) Australian unit from its portfolio in the country's western region.
Commencing Jan. 1, 2028, the company will supply 130 petajoules of gas over a 10-year term from the Chevron-operated Gorgon and Wheatstone facilities, and the North West Shelf Venture, it said.
The company did not disclose the deal's financial details.
