Tianjin Capital Environmental Directors Approve Unit's Purchase of Water Recycling Project Assets

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection (HKG:1065, SHA:600874) directors approved subsidiary Tianjin Water Recycling's purchase of the assets at Tianjin Infrastructure Construction's water recycling project for 218 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The assets include the structures and other auxiliary facilities, pipeline trenches, land use rights, other intangible assets, machinery and equipment, electronic equipment and inventories related to the Zhangguizhuang Water Recycling Plant Project, the filing said.

The water recycling plant project has a capacity of 60,000 cubic meters per day and has a 15.3-kilometer pipeline network serving enterprise-level residential users, the filing said.

Shares jumped 2% in Shanghai during Wednesday's morning trading.
