Nubank Holdings Invests $150 Million in Tyme in Series D Funding Round

Nubank Holdings (NU) said late Monday it has invested $150 million in Tyme Group as the lead investor in a $250 million round of series D funding for the digital bank.

Nubank said the investment makes the company a minority shareholder in Tyme Group, which operates in South Africa and the Philippines and is planning to launch in Vietnam, the company said.
