Vaccinex (VCNX) shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange on Wednesday after the company failed to comply with the market's rule of maintaining a minimum of $2.5 million in stockholders' equity, Vaccinex said Tuesday, citing a notification from the exchange's Office of General Counsel.
The company said it expects to begin trading on the OTC Markets under its current symbol "VCNX" after the Nasdaq suspension.
