HD Renewable Energy's (TPE:6873) Australian plans to invest up to AU$43 million in the BESS platform ZEBRE, a joint venture with Zen Energy.
HDRE owns a 70% stake in ZEBRE, while Zen Energy holds the remaining 30%, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Funds will be used for a cash capital increase for the unit, and for acquiring operating assets of the Solar River project from Zen Energy in the future, it noted.
