BEIJING, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Chinese electric vehicle $(EV)$ marker Nio on Sunday announced plans to launch its Firefly cars in Europe in the first half of 2025.
William Li, CEO of Nio, said the company will work with local partners on the sale and service of Firefly in European markets.
Li also said Nio will accelerate building battery swapping stations in Europe, with costs of those designed for Firefly EVs reduced by a third compared to stations for Nio-branded cars.
