Sealmatic India Sets Up Joint Venture in UAE

Sealmatic India (BOM:543782) has formed a 50:50 joint venture in Abu Dhabi with High Technology FZ, named Sealtech Seals Repairs and Maintenance, according to a BSE filing on Monday.

SealTech, located in Musaffah Industrial Area of Abu Dhabi, will be equipped with plant and machinery and will perform as a service center in UAE. The service center will provide support and services for mechanical seals.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trade.
