Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric (SHA:600550) plans to offload 90% of BTW Atlanta Transformer India through public listing on the Beijing Equity Exchange, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
The Indian power transformer-making subsidiary has a registered capital of 2.25 billion Indian rupees and the stake has a valuation of 90.1 million yuan as of March 31, the Chinese manufacturer of power transformers said.
