Y Ventures Group (SGX:1F1) changed the names of its subsidiaries, effective Dec. 26, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

SKAP Logistics was renamed to Y Ventures Logistics while JustNile (SEA) was renamed to Y Ventures Enterprise.
