JD.com's (HKG:9628) property arm acquired two warehouses in Japan for 35 billion yen, The Standard reported Friday, citing online Asian real estate media Mingtiandi.

The publication said the warehouses are located in Chiba and Nagoya, with a total gross floor area of 103,000 square meters.

JD Logistics (HKG:2618) plans to expand its warehouse network in Asia-Pacific in the next few years to increase the speed of its deliveries in other countries, according to the report.
