Juewei Food (SHA:603517) withdrew its plan to list on the Hong Kong stock exchange, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese retailer of braised duck snacks made the decision following adjustments in its business strategy, as well as current actual operating conditions.
The company said the decision will not have a significant impact on its business operations, the disclosure added.
Juewei Food's shares rose 1% in recent trade.
