CompoSecure Shares Spike After News of Planned Spinoff

Shares of CompoSecure saw a large spike in the after-hours market Monday following news the company intends to spin off Resolute Holdings Management.

The company's shares ended the day's regular session with a decline of 1.2%, closing at $15.65. Following news of the planned spinoff, shares reached $18.50 shortly after the closing bell, before giving back most of those gains.

Later in the after-hours market, the shares rose again, gaining 6% to trade at $16.60.

CompoSecure said the spinoff is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
