Danimer Scientific shares have been suspended on the New York Stock Exchange as the stock didn't maintain the required $15 million average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30-day trading period.
The NYSE announced proceedings to delist shares of the bioplastics company, which has the right to appeal.
Danimer shares were at $4.25 after-hours prior to a trading halt. The stock closed Monday's regular session down 12.5% at $4.13.
