China Gold International Resources (HKG:2099) exceeded the annual production guidance by producing about 46,336 tons of copper and 53,370 tons of gold from its Jiama mine in 2024, according to the company's preliminary assessment.
Meanwhile, the production from its CSH mine came in at 3.351 tons of gold, in line with the annual production guidance disclosed earlier this year, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Looking ahead, the Chinese miner plans to operate its Jiama mine phase 2 processing plant at 34,000 tons per day and plans to return the Jiama mine's ore processing volume to 55,000 tons per day after its Youlongbu tailings storage facility gets operational, and the company obtains relevant permits.
