Mill Road Capital reported that it purchased 853,500 Landsea Homes shares from Nov. 6 through Dec. 23, 2024, at per share prices ranging from $10.25 to $12.50.

Following the latest purchases, Mill Road Capital owns 5% of Landsea Homes' outstanding stock, placing it at the 5% threshold that requires it to disclose further Landsea Homes purchases or sales. Shares of Landsea Homes lost nearly a third of their value in 2024.

Increases in Holdings

LandBridge $(LB)$ Horizon Kinetics increased its stake in the energy development and production company to 5,401,647 shares. Zymeworks $(ZYME)$ EcoR1 Capital raised its stake in the oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company to 14,692,281 shares. EcoR1 Capital purchased 1,254,808 Zymeworks shares from Dec. 19 through Dec. 23, 2024, at per share prices ranging from $13.53 to $14.25.

Following the latest purchases, EcoR1 continues to own 21.3% of Zymeworks' outstanding stock. Shares of Zymeworks gained more than a third in value in 2024.

RumbleON $(RMBL)$ Stone House Capital Management raised its stake in the power-sports retailer and online marketplace to 7,075,815 shares. Stone House Capital did so through the purchase of 666,676 RumbleON shares from Dec. 12 through Dec. 19, 2024, at a price of $4.18 per share.

Following the latest purchases, Stone House Capital Management owns 18.8% of RumbleON's outstanding stock. Shares of RumbleON lost roughly 11.4% of their value in 2024.

Decreases in Holdings

Finance of America $(FOA)$ Bloom Retirement Holdings lowered its stake in the retirement solutions platform to 2,880,151 shares. Bloom Retirement Holdings did so through the sale of 142,835 shares from Dec. 13 through Dec. 20, 2024, at per share prices ranging from $23.81 to $25.17. Bloom Retirement also disposed of 2,159 shares of common stock by gift on Dec. 20.

Following the latest sales, Bloom Retirement continues to own 9.5% of Finance of America's outstanding stock. Shares of Finance of America gained roughly 198% in value in 2024.
