MT Newswires Live01-03

Docebo (DCBO) said late Thursday its outlook remains unchanged while announcing the departure of Sukaran Mehta as its chief financial officer.

The company reiterated its previously issued guidance in November, including a Q4 revenue of $56 million to $56.2 million and full-year 2024 revenue growth of about 19.5%.

Meanwhile, Mehta will continue to serve as CFO through Feb. 28 to ensure a smooth transition. He accepted a leadership position in a private equity portfolio company that operates outside the learning and education technology industries, the company said.

Brandon Farber, senior vice president of finance, will serve as interim CFO. The board will identify Mehta's successor from internal and external candidates, the company added.
