Welltower Adds Co-President Roles to CFO Tim McHugh, Investment Chief Nikhil Chaudhri

Welltower (WELL) said Thursday that it has named its chief financial officer, Tim McHugh, as co-president. He will remain CFO, the company added.

Nikhil Chaudhri has been named co-president and chief investment officer, after previously serving as executive vice president and investment chief, the company said.

Welltower said it has added vice chairman role to its chief operating officer, John Burkart. He previously served as executive vice president and COO.

Welltower also named Matthew McQueen as chief legal officer, following his previous roles as executive vice president and general counsel.

Shares of the company were up 1.2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
