1518 GMT - The Bank of England could halt the sale of gilts from its asset purchase holdings in September, Barclays analysts say in a note. The remaining holdings in the asset purchase facility are likely to be left to mature and roll off the BOE's balance sheet, they say. "This reduces the cashflow support to the market that would traditionally be expected from redemption reinvestment," Barclays says. (miriam.mukuru@wsj.com)
