Arbe Robotics (ARBE) said Monday it has launched a collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA) to improve free space mapping and AI-powered capabilities in the automotive industry.
Arbe said its new technology features an AI-driven perception radar that supports tens of thousands of detections per frame, powered by 48 receiving and 48 transmitting channels.
The radar, which integrates Nvidia's Drive AGX in-vehicle computing platform, allows for long-range detection capabilities in various weather and lighting conditions, while minimizing false alarms, the company said.
Shares of Arbe were up 84% in recent premarket activity.
