BUZZ-China's UBTech jumps after three key shareholders pledge not to sell shares

** Hong Kong-listed shares of Chinese humanoid robot maker UBTech Robotics Corp Ltd jump 12.1% to HK$51.90, on track for the biggest one-day pct rise since Oct 22

** Stock on course to snap four straight sessions of decline; eighth biggest pct gainer on the Hong Kong bourse

** Company says its key shareholders Xiong Youjun, Wang Lin and Zhao Guoqun voluntarily undertake to the company that they will not sell any of the shares held within 12 months from the date of the undertakings

** Xiong owns 8.29 mln shares of the company, Wang holds 8.20 mln shares and Zhao controls 2.45 mln shares

** Hang Seng Tech Index climbs 0.5% while Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index eases 0.2% and Hang Seng Index slips 0.01%
