MT Newswires Live01-08

Quantum computing stocks fell in premarket activity Wednesday after Nvidia (NVDA) Chief Executive Jensen Huang said that "very useful quantum computers" are likely 20 years away.

"If you kind of said 15 years ... that'd probably be on the early side. If you said 30, it is probably on the late side. But if you picked 20, I think a whole bunch of us would believe it," Huang was quoted by Reuters as saying at an investor conference on Tuesday.

Rigetti Computing (RGTI) shares were falling 28%, Quantum Computing (QUBT) dropped 30%, IonQ (IONQ) fell over 19%, and D-Wave Quantum (QBTS) was down 33%.
