Bharti Airtel to Sell Entire 50% Stake in JV Firefly Networks For INR45 Million

Indian telecom services provider Bharti Airtel (NSE:BHARTIARTL, BOM:532454) has agreed to sell its entire 50% stake in its joint venture company Firefly Networks to iBus Network and Infrastructure for 45 million Indian rupees, according to a Monday filing to the stock exchanges.

The transaction is expected to be completed in 45 days, after which Firefly will no longer be a joint venture of the company.
