Vestas Investors Look Overly Pessimistic on Recovery Prospects -- Market Talk

Dow Jones01-08 20:03

1203 GMT - The current Vestas share price factors in little to no recovery, which is overly pessimistic, Deutsche Bank analyst John Kim writes. The bank says the fourth quarter is shaping up to be interesting, following confident guidance from management. The full-year guidance suggests a strong quarter for the service unit EBIT at around 217 million euros and a 19.8% margin. "Deutsche Bank estimates reflect a bit more conservatism on margin recovery for fourth quarter and full-year 2025 versus consensus but we continue to see value." The bank trims its target price to 145 Danish kroner from 150 kroner and maintains its buy rating. Shares trade 5.6% lower at 98.58 kroner. (dominic.chopping@wsj.com)
