1857 ET [Dow Jones]--NRx Pharmaceuticals plans to acquire Dura Medical and invest $27 million to establish a network of interventional psychiatry clinics, offering services such as ketamine-infusion treatments. This plan positions NRx for growth through expanded services for civilian and veteran communities, D. Boral Capital analysts say in a research note. They add that the plan is also expected to deliver immediate financial benefits, with the acquisition anticipated to be accretive to revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. "The integration of Dura into the HOPE network underscores NRx's commitment to addressing critical mental health needs, particularly among veterans and underserved populations," analysts write.
