SenseTime (HKG:0020) will downsize its physical office in Singapore and move to a less central part of the city, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The China-based artificial intelligence company will relocate to a smaller office in a less prime location from its downtown office, a 1,022-square meter location, the report said.
SenseTime's downsizing comes as competitors like ByteDance are expanding outside of China to escape economic uncertainty in their home country, the report said.
