Tenable Holdings CEO Amit Yoran Passes Away

Tenable Holdings (TENB) said Saturday that Chairman and CEO Amit Yoran has passed away after a battle with cancer.

The company said Yoran took a medical leave starting Dec. 5, 2024, and the board appointed CFO Steve Vintz and COO Mark Thurmond as co-CEOs to maintain leadership and stability.

The board will now conduct a search for a new CEO, with Art Coviello stepping in as chairman.
