Luna Innovations (LUNA) said its securities will be suspended from trading on the Nasdaq on Tuesday and subsequently delisted from the exchange.
The suspension and delisting followed the company's inability to meet the deadline to submit previously disclosed delinquent filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The share after expected to be eligible for listing on the over-the-counter market after the suspension, Luna said Monday in a statement.
Shares of the company dropped 34% in recent Monday trading.
