Tire maker Goodyear to sell Dunlop brand to Sumitomo Rubber for $701 mln

Jan 7 (Reuters) - Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co GT.O said on Tuesday that it will sell its Dunlop brand to Sumitomo Rubber Industries 5110.T for $701 million in cash.
