Main Street Capital Exits Pearl Meyer with $53.7 Million Realized Gain

Main Street Capital (MAIN) said Tuesday it exited debt and equity investments in Pearl Meyer & Partners following a majority recapitalization of the company by a new financial sponsor.

The exit realized a gain of $53.7 million for the investment firm, according to Main Street.

The firm said it received $31.6 million in total dividends over the period of investment in Pearl Meyer.
