Livium Receives Nearly AU$2 Million R&D Tax Rebate for Fiscal Year 2024, Shares Fall 6%

Livium (ASX:LIT) said it received AU$1.7 million in total research and development tax incentive rebates from the Australian Tax Office for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The rebate of AU$767,000 Livium received for LieNA relates to activities under the joint development agreement with Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) and their associated funding, its chief executive Simon Linge said.

It also received rebates of AU$475,000 for its unit Envirostream Australia Pty Limited and AU$437,000 for VSPC.

The final AU$800,000 tax rebate was received on Wednesday.

Livium's shares fell 6% in recent trade on Thursday.
