China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881) issued two series of bonds totaling 4 billion yuan on Thursday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The securities broker sold 1.5 billion yuan of two-year bonds with a coupon rate of 1.72% and 2.5 billion yuan of three-year bonds carrying a 1.75% coupon rate.
CGS will use the proceeds to repay the principal of matured bonds.
