** LICY says it is raising $15 mln through an underwritten public offering

** The offering consists of 15 million units, each consisting of one common share, a Series A Warrant and a Series B Warrant, with a public offering price per unit of $1

** Offering priced at 34.2% discount to stock's last close

** Co plans on using the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes

** Aegis Capital is the sole book-running manager for the offering

** LICY fell ~62% in 2024
