China Tourism Group Duty Free Unit Wins Bid for New Duty-Free Stores in Six Chinese Cities

China Tourism Group Duty Free's (HKG:1880, SHA:601888) subsidiary, China Duty Free Group, won the bids for the operation rights for newly added downtown duty-free stores in six Chinese cities, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The cities include Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Fuzhou, Chengdu, and Tianjin.

The authorities had decided to add one duty-free store in each of the eight new cities. The company now operates downtown duty-free stores in 13 cities in total.
